Following the great success of last year’s Highland Feast at CairnGorm Mountain, we’ve decided to go one better and hold two events as part of the fortnight long extravaganza of Highland food and drink, with Scotland's national drink being the key aspect to one of the events here! Both take place on Friday 7th October 2005 and tickets are available by telephoning 01479 861336.
Event No. 1 – Fasan Ùr at The Ptarmigan
Introducing the new, exclusive Ptarmigan Whisky, the Fasan Ùr is a unique, sensory fine dining experience created by team of chefs from The Famous Grouse Experience and CairnGorm Mountain that allows you to discover the wealth of flavours found in “the water of life” in the unique setting of the UK’s highest restaurant, The Ptarmigan Restaurant at CairnGorm Mountain.
Eight sumptuous courses indulge the senses in a passion for food and whisky through the synergy of local Highland produce matched with a range of exquisite local malts and blends.
Tickets for this event cost £80 per person (tables of 8) and include your journey on the funicular railway, whisky reception and 8-course dinner with accompanying whiskies. Tickets will be strictly limited.
Event No.2 – Cas Bar Connection
A blend of old and new, traditional and modern, but all undoubtedly Highland!
A relaxed evening of fine Highland fayre and music in the Cas Bar with it’s roaring fire and equally warm Cairn Gorm hospitality you’re sure to have an evening to remember!
Your ticket for the evening includes a dram of exclusive Ptarmigan Whisky on arrival, two-course Highland buffet and live music from well known celtic rock fusion The Darien Project, featuring Garry Innes.
£17.50 per person.
All tickets are available by telephoning 01479 861336.
We hope you’ll join us to celebrate this Highland Feast 2005!
